This site is the main source of information for current events related to the building, a place to have group conversations, share current building-related issues, maintain and update your contact info, reference building documents, and more.
For immediate, urgent and/or time-sensitive communications that need to be reported to the Board of Directors and the Building Manager, such as building problems and repairs needed, go to the “Report an Issue” page to the left. These reports will go to the Board of Directors and the Building Manager immediately.
For immediate, urgent and/or time-sensitive communications that you wish to be sent to all of the building residents, go to the “Resident Alerts” page to the left. Submissions here will go to the entire community immediately (including via text if your account is set up that way).
For general communications (i.e., what would normally have gone to the old email list for the whole building), please post in the Forums, and others can reply to you. Conversations will then conveniently be organized by thread.
Please limit discussions and topics posted here to matters related specifically to the building; we have Nextdoor, Citizen, Facebook and more to address things in the neighborhood and beyond.
We're always open to suggestions and feedback for the site so please feel free to chime in if there's something you'd like to see included.
